Our high temperature brazing process yields the lowest possible thermal resistance enabling higher temperature operation, greater reliability and improved performance during thermal cycling. These devices are capable of withstanding a 1 1/2 to 3 lbs pull test and withstand substantial forces applied to the lead. Dissipating more watts per square inch than our competitors, we are able to supply standard up to 300 watts.
